This Bickley project was for a client we had previously worked for, completing a full home refurbishment back in 2016. The Brooks and Gill remit was to create a new extension which would act as a welcoming family living area overlooking the patio and garden.

The project involved the replacement of the pre-existing 25 year old UPVC conservatory with a contemporary Sapele clad timber extension. We used the original conservatory base as the foundation for the new timber-framed, highly insulated extension, achieving a contemporary look and feel with shadow-gapped Sapele clad. This extension project was smooth and seamless from start to completion in just under 12 weeks.
