renovation and refurbishment projects

You might be lucky enough to already live in the house of your dreams, but somehow what worked in terms of design and functionality 30 years ago is not such a great fit in the 21st century! Make the decision to renovate and refurbish your home and you’ll have the opportunity to delete all the features that don’t work for you anymore and give your home a new lease of life with a contemporary facelift.

Most modern renovations we take on, involve replacing outdated kitchens and bathrooms, renewing plumbing and wiring, and often opening up spaces with structural alterations to bring more light in and create a more modern spacious feel. To see for yourself the kind of work we put our name to, please take a closer look at our renovation and restoration projects featured below.

This Sussex rural hideaway in Kingston was a 1970’s architect’s dream with a quirky upside-down layout and magnificent views over the South Downs, but the time had come to bring it into the 21st century!

"We chose Brooks & Gill for our garden room project because they offered us the opportunity to incorporate a solar panel system into the roof. We now have a beautiful games room for our children which both runs the electricity for itself and the main house - what a clever innovation"
R. Holden
What a lovely team from design through to completion! So happy to have found this company and they were competitive on pricing too. It didn't take them long to put it all together and we are so pleased with the choice of Iroko cladding and additional decking which finishes it off beautifully.
